Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping Therapy

As a sports massage therapist my aim is to support you in achieving your fitness and mobility goals. Once I have a better understanding of the issues that you have I will apply manual therapy techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point massage and dry cupping to treat any injuries or muscular imbalances as well as provide you with a treatment and mobility plan tailored to your needs.

I also offer Fire Cupping as a stand alone treatment for a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
